Odoo authentication
Sign in with the Odoo credentials people already have. The app pulls their assigned projects and tasks live. No second account to create, no second password to forget.
One-click task timer
Start tracking any task with a single click, with a running HH:MM:SS timer in the window. Switching tasks saves the current session first, so nothing is lost in the handover.
Automated screenshots
One fullscreen capture at a random moment inside each 10-minute period — one between 10:00 and 10:10, another between 10:10 and 10:20. Multi-monitor setups are stitched horizontally into a single image.
Smart inactivity detection
Ten minutes with no keyboard or mouse and the timer stops itself, deducting the idle stretch. The person is told both in the app and by a system notification, so nobody discovers it an hour later.
Crash recovery and heartbeat
A checkpoint is written every five seconds. If the machine crashes or loses power, the next launch offers a one-click Recover & Save rather than a shrug.
Sleep and lock handling
Sleep, screen lock and shutdown are detected natively on Linux, macOS and Windows. The time is saved before the system goes under, not after it comes back.
Google Drive screenshot sync
Screenshots upload to your own Google Drive, each person into their own folder, compressed to JPEG. Local copies are removed once the upload succeeds, and a failed upload retries rather than disappearing.
Offline mode and auto-sync
When the network drops or Odoo is unreachable, entries queue up locally. They sync on their own the moment the connection comes back — nobody has to remember to press anything.
Daily activity dashboard
Today's timesheets are visible inside the app: task names, descriptions and hours, read live from the Odoo records rather than a local copy of them.
Task search and project groups
Tasks sit under their Odoo project in collapsible groups, with instant search across every task and project name. Useful once somebody is on four projects at once.
Work description logging
Stopping a session longer than a minute asks for a description of at least 80 characters. Anything under a minute can simply be discarded. The result is a timesheet that reads like work, not like a row of timestamps.
Built-in team Discuss
Odoo channels and direct messages inside the app: send messages, share files and PDFs up to 25 MB, and see replies as they arrive. No browser tab, no context switch.
Smart toast notifications
Every action confirms itself with an auto-closing toast and a countdown bar — time saved, sync status, errors. Nothing important happens silently.
