How much does TimeTaskTracker cost?
It is a paid product, licensed per team. Pricing depends on team size and the platforms you need, so get in touch and we will quote it.
Do I need an Odoo account?
Yes. TimeTaskTracker authenticates against your Odoo instance and syncs every entry through it — it is not a standalone tracker with an optional Odoo export.
How are screenshots stored?
Captured locally, compressed to JPEG at 80% quality, then uploaded to your team's own Google Drive folder. The local copy is deleted once the upload succeeds.
What about privacy?
Screenshots go only to the Google Drive folder your team designates. Nothing is sent to any third-party server, and there is no Squad Focus-hosted copy of your data.
What happens if my computer crashes?
A recovery checkpoint is written every five seconds. The next launch shows a Recover & Save prompt that restores the session up to that last checkpoint.
Does it work offline?
Yes. When Odoo is unreachable, time entries are held locally and synced automatically once the connection returns.
Which operating systems are supported?
Linux as an AppImage, Windows as an .exe and macOS as an .app. Idle detection, screen-lock monitoring, sleep handling and screenshot capture are supported on all three.
Can I track time on multiple tasks?
You can switch between tasks freely; the running session is saved automatically before the new one starts. One task is active at a time by design.
